Just set these vouchers on your sign-in table at meeting. Every consultant (adoptees, too) picks up a blank voucher on her way into the meeting. During the meeting, she simply jots down any prizes given to her or her guests. On the way out of the meeting, she just drops it back on the sign-in table. Easy! After I developed these prize vouchers, I discovered another great side benefit. Now it was really easy to bill directors for prizes awarded to adoptees! Just pull the vouchers at the end of each month or quarter and send the bill. I send the vouchers along as well, so the director can see exactly what the consultant won and how she's being recognized. (200/pk)
