Fill this card out as you book the party, then file it in the date when you need to call back for the guest list. There is even a place to write the guest names, phone numbers, invited/confirmed and notes about each guest. The Party Information Record may be moved from date to date as you complete each step: guest list call, hostess coaching, as well as inviting and confirming guests. Then the card can be filed in the date of the event for easy retrieval of directions and all information needed for the party. We suggest putting a Party Information Card in each hostess packet. As you schedule a party, simply pull the green card out of the packet and fill it out. Once you decide when you will be calling to get the guest list, write that date in.
