Fill Open House Information Record out as you book an open house, then file it in the date when you need to call back for the guest list. A print out of the guest list can be stapled to the back of the card. The Open House Information Record may be moved from date to date as you complete each step: guest list call, hostess coaching, as well as inviting and confirming guests.
